Welcome to The KASA Way. By accessing our website and/or enrolling your child in our programs (Toddler, Pre-KG, LKG, UKG), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

The KASA Way is a premium preschool based in Vadavalli, Coimbatore, offering a blended Montessori and IB-inspired early years program focused on holistic child development.

2. Admission & Enrollment

  • Admission is subject to availability and completion of required documentation.

  • The school reserves the right to approve or decline any admission request.

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

3. Fees & Payment Policy

  • Admission/registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Tuition fees must be paid within the specified due dates.

  • Late payments may attract additional charges.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Programs Offered

We offer age-appropriate programs including:

  • Toddler Program

  • Pre-KG

  • LKG

  • UKG

All programs are designed to support emotional, social, cognitive, and life skill development.

5. Attendance & Timings

  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

  • Parents must adhere to drop-off and pick-up timings.

  • The school is not responsible for children outside operational hours.

6. Health, Safety & Hygiene

  • Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.

  • Children who are unwell should not attend school.

  • In case of emergency, the school will take appropriate action and inform parents immediately.

7. Potty Training Support

We encourage age-appropriate independence. The school provides guidance for potty training; however, parents are expected to reinforce this at home.

8. Personal Belongings

  • All items must be clearly labelled.

  • The school is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

9. Behaviour & Discipline

  • We follow a positive and respectful approach to discipline.

  • Parents will be informed of any recurring behavioural concerns and are expected to cooperate.

10. Holidays & Academic Calendar

  • The school follows a predefined academic calendar.

  • No fee adjustments will be made for holidays or absences.

11. Media & Content Usage

  • Photographs and videos may be taken during school activities for educational, documentation, and promotional purposes.

  • Parents may opt out by submitting a written request.

12. Website Usage

  • All content on this website is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment, The KASA Way shall not be held liable for any unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.

14. Withdrawal & Termination

  • A minimum of one month’s written notice is required for withdrawal.

  • Fees once paid will not be refunded.

  • The school reserves the right to discontinue services in case of non-compliance with policies.

15. Changes to Terms

The KASA Way reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
